Refund & Returns Policy

At AllMedsCart, we strive to provide the highest quality medications and customer service. We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we have a transparent policy in place to handle refunds, returns, and reshipments fairly.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped by our warehouse, we will issue a full refund immediately.

After Shipping: Once the package has been handed over to the courier and a tracking number has been generated, we cannot cancel the order.
2. Return Policy
Due to strict international pharmacy regulations and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have left our facility. We cannot guarantee the storage conditions of the product once it has left our control, and therefore, for your safety and the safety of others, we cannot restock returned items.
However, you do not need to return the product to get a refund if the error is on our end (see Section 3 below).
3. Eligibility for Refunds or Reshipment
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you experience any of the following issues, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund:
A. Damaged or Defective Products
If your package arrives damaged, or the medication inside is damaged/expired:

Please take a photo of the damaged package/product.

Email it to our support team within 7 days of delivery.

We will reship the order free of charge.
B. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong brand, dosage, or quantity):

Contact us immediately with a photo of the received items.

We will send the correct order immediately at no extra cost. You may keep the wrong product as a gift or dispose of it.
C. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping date:

Please contact us so we can trace the shipment.

If the package is confirmed lost or stuck in customs, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Note: This does not apply if you provided an incorrect shipping address.

4. Refund Process
If you choose a refund instead of a reshipment:

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).

Please allow 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
5. Chargebacks
We urge you to contact our support team first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are always willing to resolve issues with a refund or reshipment. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from using AllMedsCart and affiliated pharmacy networks.
