Yes. We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or the pharmacy name on the exterior label. Your privacy is our priority.

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $199. For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

Ordering & Prescriptions

For certain prescription-only medications, a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required. You can upload your prescription directly on our website during checkout or email it to us at support@allmedscart.com. OTC (Over-the-Counter) products do not require a prescription.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section or by using the [Track Order] link in the menu.

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes, but you may be eligible for a return (see our Return Policy).

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened prescription medications. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.
